# Stress-Test Your Product - Starter Licence

This licence applies to the digital product **Stress-Test Your Product**. The
product is published under the creator's umbrella brand, **Lepus Obscurus**.

## Permitted use

The downloader may:

- use the product for personal purposes;
- use the cards and worksheets within the downloader's own work or product
  review;
- make working copies for the downloader's own use;
- annotate or complete the supplied worksheets for the downloader's own work;
- use the product internally as one individual.

## Prohibited use

The downloader may not:

- redistribute the files or any complete card deck;
- resell, sublicense, rent or commercially distribute the product;
- publicly repost the complete deck;
- upload the complete product to a shared template, resource or file library;
- modify, rebrand or adapt the product for resale or redistribution;
- remove copyright or source notices;
- claim authorship, ownership or endorsement by Lepus Obscurus;
- transfer this licence to another person or organisation.

## Ownership

Purchasing or downloading the product grants a limited licence to use it. It
does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights or any other
intellectual-property rights.

## Team use

This starter licence covers one individual. Sharing the complete files with a
team, client or organisation is not permitted unless a separate licence is
granted.

## Termination

This licence ends automatically if its terms are breached. On termination, the
downloader must stop using and delete redistributed or unauthorised copies.

## No additional rights

Any right not expressly granted above is reserved.
