# Stress-Test Your Product - Disclaimer

Stress-Test Your Product is a practical educational and product-review toolkit.
It helps users examine product flows, record observations and structure
decisions. It does not provide a certification, formal audit or professional
opinion.

The toolkit is not:

- legal advice;
- clinical, medical or mental-health advice;
- an accessibility audit or accessibility certification;
- a cybersecurity assessment;
- a privacy, data-protection or regulatory-compliance assessment;
- a substitute for moderated usability research;
- a guarantee that a product is safe, compliant, accurate or ready to launch.

Results depend on the scope tested, the evidence available and the judgement
of the person using the toolkit. A Pass result means only that the tested flow
met the stated card condition during that review. It does not prove that every
user, context, device or risk has been covered.

Users remain responsible for:

- deciding which tests are appropriate;
- protecting confidential, personal and sensitive information;
- verifying AI-generated or automated output;
- obtaining specialist advice where needed;
- carrying out appropriate research, testing and review before release.
